Space and Time have made their framework available to all projects aiming to increase the performance of multi-scalar multiplication, which is an expensive part of generating a ZK-proof and something Blitzar is capable of accelerating.
Space and Time offers structured query language (SPL) programming functionality for smart contract blockchains utilizing ZK-proof technology. The company's proprietary Proof of SQL ZK-proof tool produces a SNARK cryptographic proof of a query within its decentralized data network, enabling users to trust the accuracy and authenticity of a data query.
Through leveraging NVIDIA GPUs and its partnership with the hardware manufacturer, Space and Time have developed their Proof of SQL tool and the ZK-proof and Blitzar. According to White, Ethereum layer 2 protocols like Polygon zkEVM and zkSync Era could also benefit from Blitzar.
