Discussing the issue, Kuleen said most of us might have experienced the discrepancy between the Street View and the reality due to how Street View is created, primarily by a fleet of cars owned by Google, which is quite expensive. Solana's quick transaction speed and cost-effectiveness are encouraging for DePIN projects, but network outages and congestion continue to create hurdles for developers. A major outage on February 9 left the Solana network inactive for almost five hours.
