PancakeSwap and Bril Finance Introduce AI-Based Portfolio Management Tool, CupcakeHop
Summary:
PancakeSwap and Bril Finance have teamed up to launch an AI-based portfolio management tool, CupcakeHop. Aimed at enhancing investment management in decentralized finance, the tool will provide users with personalized investment strategies and immediate risk management. It features a risk engine that identifies potential risks for user-deposited assets and plans to offer user-friendly risk-return profiles. The tool is set to launch in August and also intends to bring accuracy and transparency to market reporting.
Crypto exchange PancakeSwap has taken the wraps off CupcakeHop, an innovative artificial intelligence-based portfolio management tool, conceived by Bril Finance. This tool, supported by PancakeSwap, is aimed to streamline the process of investment management in decentralized finance (DeFi). CupcakeHop is scheduled to go live in August, intending to bring DeFi closer to a wider user base by providing customized investment strategies and instant risk management.
In a conversation with Cointelegraph, Bril Finance CEO Connor O’Shea brought light to the auto-adjusting potential of CupcakeHop's AI portfolio management feature which continually tailors investment strategies based upon the user's objectives and live market situations. These adjustments ensure profitability maximisation.
The risk engine embedded in this tool can spot and counter potential risks, rebalancing pools automatically for the safekeeping of user deposits. O'Shea disclosed his plans to add a risk management slider, likening its behaviour to a nuclear launch sequence, to enhance user control over risk assumptions. The envisaged slider tool would offer three risk-return profiles - high, medium, and low risk, designed to make DeFi more amenable, particularly for novices.
Accuracy in market reporting and transparency are key targets for CupcakeHop. It aims to offer users exact and detailed investment information to balance out discrepancies observed in external reporting and dashboard figures. Bril Finance realised a trading volume exceeding $27 million each month on average over the last quarter, amounting to $82.6 million since the end of March.
