They reassured users that they were actively working to rectify the situation and were determined to restore network services. At 10:52 am UTC, the team posted a follow-up message to inform that the server bug had been resolved. The post stated that a server bug had triggered an automatic safety mechanism in the network but everything was back to normal now. They also highlighted that the glitch had happened at 5:50 UTC, meaning that the network had been inaccessible for around five hours.
