The partnership's objective is to provide scalable, cost-effective, and composable chains capable of accommodating millions of users, achievable through Avail's data availability layer. This layer's function includes serving as the alignment's foundation through mathematically provable data availability and an embedded validator community. Marc Boiron, CEO of Polygon Labs stressed the significance of a robust data availability layer for an improved developer experience.
